Job Title: Construction Project ManagerLocation: Madison, WI 53716Duration: 12+ monthsonsite role (30% office 70% on project sites. no OTs)Rate: $59/hr on W2Job Specific Requirements: About this role High-Level professional with solid Building Automation Systems (BAS) knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Use effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects following project processes and where applicable provide directions to assisting Project Engineers.Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsible for the overall successful financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and complete project portfolio cost re-estimation month to month.Manage the delivery of the contracted scope, within budget and secure change orders for all scope expansion.Order and coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.Manage relationships with and issues subcontracts to sub-contractors, identifying execution issues, and taking appropriate corrective action to remedy them.Required Qualifications 2+ years' Project Management ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED Must have a valid Driver’s License
