Employees enjoy modern tech tools and a competitive benefits package including generous PTO, healthcare, 401k match, and more.Job DescriptionManage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.Lead subcontractor procurement, coordination, and communication.Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, and field teams.Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field operations.Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.Drive meetings, documentation, and timely project updates.Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule and resolve issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
