This role sits at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI research and real‑world enterprise impact . It offers the chance to take state‑of‑the‑art methods from the lab into production, working alongside alumni of Aleph Alpha, Google DeepMind, and other world‑class research groups. Key Responsibilities Lead research into agentic workflows , multi‑step reasoning, autonomous orchestration, and tool use for AI agents. Continuously analyse and apply the latest scientific papers (LLMs, reinforcement learning, AI safety) to shape product direction. Develop benchmarking and evaluation frameworks for reliability, factual grounding, and safety. Prototype advanced methods (e.g. retrieval‑augmented generation, few/zero‑shot learning, continual fine‑tuning) and collaborate with engineering teams to bring them into production. Mentor researchers and engineers, establishing high standards for experimental design and reproducibility. Contribute to the AI community through conference participation and publications . Skills & Experience Sought Strong record of impactful AI research - publications at top‑tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) or equivalent breakthroughs in industry. Deep expertise in large language models , agent‑based architectures , and reinforcement learning . Experience translating research prototypes into production‑grade AI systems . Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow). Familiarity with retrieval systems , knowledge grounding , and methods for reducing hallucinations. Exceptional ability to distil complex ideas for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Collaborative mindset and motivation to deliver scientific contributions with measurable business impact .
