Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an "all in it to win it" mentality. I'm a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and management. I'm married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency.Giving back is a major part of who we are. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide information about insurance products and services.Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
