Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university (preferably in Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field).Total Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data-driven Program Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Operations/Analytics role within tech-enabled mobility, logistics, supply chain, or TNC/fleet management environments.Data Analytics Proficiency: Proven ability to query, model, and analyze large datasets independently using SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar), and advanced Excel to build automated dashboards and KPI frameworks.Program Management & Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of structuring ambiguous operational challenges into actionable project plans, establishing SOPs, and driving cross-functional execution to meet strict timelines.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical data insights into clear executive summaries and present to cross-functional stakeholders.Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
