This role is an exciting opportunity to join the North American Talent Acquisition team and will recruit across Edelman US & Canada and its entities. You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to shape recruitment strategies that pursue, attract, and assess top talent. Detailed Responsibilities Serve as the strategic Talent Acquisition partner for Edelman DXI . Develop a deep understanding of DXI’s offerings, capabilities, and growth priorities, including data-driven insights, predictive analytics, audience intelligence, AI-enabled solutions, and proprietary platforms. Translate DXI’s evolving business needs into scalable hiring strategies that support innovation, transformation, and global expansion. Partner closely with business leadership, hiring managers, People partners, and Finance to forecast hiring demand and prioritize critical roles. Provide clear insights and recommendations using recruiting data, market intelligence, and hiring metrics. Manage full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to Edelman, including market intelligence, sourcing, outreach, attraction, and assessment. Ensure continuity and knowledge-sharing across the North America and Global Talent Acquisition teams. Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point. Regularly communicate recruitment status to leadership, managers, Finance, and HRBPs. Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance to develop compelling offers and support hiring decisions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting records in the ATS (Workday). Preferred Experience Our ideal candidate will have experience in a PR, advertising, digital, media, or creative agency environment, recruiting across multiple functions including data science, analytics, research, paid media intelligence, AI, and product-adjacent roles. Experience recruiting for global and/or multi-region roles is a plus, including partnering with stakeholders across geographies and navigating diverse regional talent markets. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of experience in a recruitment role Prior experience recruiting in PR, Creative, Digital, Media, and/or Advertising agency environments #LI-LB1 $75,000-120,000 a year An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
