This role is well-suited for a hands-on, data-driven talent leader with experience in high-growth, acquisition-driven environments.What You’ll DoEnd-to-End Talent Management Cycles Design, implement, and continuously evolve performance management programs, including goal-setting frameworks, ongoing check-in cadences, mid-year and year-end calibration processes, and promotion practicesBuild and scale talent review practices beyond self-directed development, including high-potential identification and differentiation, succession planning, and development planningChange Management & Change Enablement Lead enterprise culture change aligned to the Milrose Culture Blueprint, embedding desired behaviors across the employee lifecycleStrengthening manager capability in performance conversations, feedback, and employee development through targeted programs for both new and experienced managersLead post-merger integration efforts to drive alignment in culture, talent processes, and organizational mindsetMaintain and Evolve Job Architecture Frameworks & Role ProfilesAlign performance and compensation frameworks across a multi-acquisition, multi-location workforce, supporting job architecture harmonization and role-level initiativesTranslate job architecture into clear career paths to support employee growth and internal mobilityEnable development planning through effective use of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)Talent Partnership Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to translate business priorities into actionable talent plans; serve as a trusted advisor on performance, organizational design, and workforce readinessTalent Analytics & InsightsDevelop and maintain talent analytics and reporting, including executive- and board-level dashboards, to track program effectiveness, engagement trends, and key talent KPIsLearning & DevelopmentOwn the end-to-end learning and development function, designing, piloting, iterating, and implementing differentiated learning paths for individual contributors, people managers, and senior leadersContinuously assess, evaluate, and evolve training programs and tools, including the LMS, with ownership of content architecture, learning path configuration, utilization reporting, and vendor and content partnershipsEnsure learning infrastructure scales effectively across acquisitions by harmonizing inherited programs and building toward a cohesive, enterprise-wide development frameworkLead the annual HR compliance training strategy and delivery through KnowBe4RequiredWhat You’ll BringMinimum 10+ years in HR, with specialist depth in talent management and organizational effectiveness; experience in performance management, L&D or OD a strong plusBachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesProven track record designing and scaling talent and learning systems in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong analytical skills; ability to build data narratives and use talent metrics to drive decisions and stakeholder buy-inExperience partnering directly with C-suite and senior business leaders — not just supporting, but advisingHands-on program builder: comfortable operating without established infrastructure and driving initiatives from concept through executionExperience with multi-location or post-acquisition workforce complexityADP, or comparable HRIS platform experiencePreferredMaster’s Degree in Human ResourcesHR SHRM or other recognized HR certificationExperience in private equity-backed and/or acquisition-driven environmentsLMS administration and Culture Amp a plusWork Environment & ScheduleThis position is based in New York City, NY with a hybrid work scheduleStandard working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pmTravel requirements: minimalCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $150,000 – $175,000 based on knowledge, skills, and experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision, insurance, and 401K plan with a match.Paid time off: Holiday, vacation, sick time, personal and birthday.Career development and growth opportunities.Milrose Consultants, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
