We are looking for a Foreclosure Post Sales Processer for our industry leading specialty law firm client who specializes in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.Your specific duties will include:Completes conveyances to FHA/VA once the foreclosure sale is completed.Completes disbursements on foreclosure sales that are sold to a third party and issues the associated Trustee's Deeds.Completes Deed in Lieu paperwork and completes the full transaction.Adherence to company and department policies and procedures required.Experience with title and foreclosure documents.Follows established company guidelines to increase revenue and reduce losses.Reviews tasks daily to ensure they are completed within company timelines.Required qualifications for the position include:1+ year(s) of direct FC or mortgage servicing related experience OR title/escrow experience.Must type 50+ words per minute.Advanced 10Key skills.Advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.Pay Rate Range: $24.00 starting hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
