They are seeking a high-performing National Sales Manager to lead growth within their Insurance Replacement – Private Client division.This is a relationship-driven role focused on building a national referral ecosystem across insurance carriers, broker networks, and collision center partners—delivering a best-in-class, white-glove experience for high-net-worth clients. If you thrive in complex sales environments, understand the insurance and claims landscape, and excel at building strategic, long-term partnerships, this is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact at a national level.What You'll DoDrive national revenue growth and expand market share within Insurance ReplacementBuild and manage strategic relationships with:High-net-worth insurance carriersNational and regional broker partnersCollision center and repair networksDevelop and scale referral pipelines with high engagement from claims teams and refferal partnersConsistently generate new business and rental volume across key marketsPartner with regional teams to execute market-specific growth strategies and deliver a five-star client experienceLead business development efforts, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing new opportunities, including establishing new partnerships and scaling nationallyEducate partners on our white-glove Private Client service model and claims processRepresent the company at industry events, meetings, and key client engagementsWhat You BringProven success in national or multi-region sales leadershipExperience in one or more of the following:Insurance / claims / carrier relationshipsBroker or agency developmentAutomotive, mobility, or related service industriesStrong ability to build and manage enterprise-level relationshipsTrack record of driving revenue through partnership-based sales modelsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-starter mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tacticallyRole Specific DetailsNational travel requiredCompetitive compensation + performance incentivesFull benefits package
