DescriptionShifts Available:1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AMOverviewCustomer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staging & Configuration Specialist to support AV system staging, rack fabrication, and testing efforts in their Lowell, AR facility. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for a technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with hardware, and seeing projects through from build to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesAV Staging & ConfigurationGather and document critical AV hardware information, including:Serial numbersMAC addressesIP addressesFirmware and software versionsSystem credentialsPerform firmware updates and configure AV equipment as neededMock up AV systems in a lab environment following engineering designsRack Fabrication & TestingAssemble AV equipment racks in accordance with AVIXA standardsPerform functional testing and system validation prior to deploymentCollaborate with AV programmers to deploy system configurationsAssist engineers with system testing and troubleshootingInventory & LogisticsMaintain accurate inventory records within AV warehouse systemsOrganize and maintain the rack fabrication and staging areaPackage, label, and prepare AV systems for shipmentSkillsHardware, Computer hardware, Configuration, Troubleshooting, A+, Support, Hardware installation, ImagingTop Skills DetailsHardware,Computer hardware,Configuration,TroubleshootingQualificationsAdditional Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of AV (Audio Visual) systemsFamiliarity with AVIXA rack-building standards (preferred)Experience working with hardware configuration, staging, or technical assemblyStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to work independently and follow technical drawings/diagramsComfortable using basic hand toolsPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift 50-75 lbsWillingness to work overtime as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentExperience LevelEntry LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lowell, AR.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
