This organization has built its reputation on long-term client relationships, service-first values, and operational excellence, not transactional selling.Due to continued growth and account expansion, they are hiring a mid-level Account Manager to take ownership of an existing book of business and serve as the primary relationship lead for clients.This is a retention-focused, consultative account management role, ideal for someone who already understands how MSPs operate and wants real ownership, visibility, and upside tied to performance.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll act as the day-to-day trusted advisor for approximately 20–30 SMB clients, managing the full account lifecycle while partnering closely with service delivery and project teams.This is not a cold-calling or commission-only sales role.
