Enjoy a dynamic workplace with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by removing dirt, rust, and old paint using various blasting media.Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and defect-free for optimal coating adhesion.Apply industrial coatings with precision using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.Mix and apply coatings according to detailed specifications and safety protocols.Work EnvironmentFast-paced and noisy workshop setting.Long-standing hours with regular lifting up to 20 lbs and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of related industrial and epoxy painting experience.Experience with zinc coating and sandblasting.Forklift operation experience.PreferencesExperience with paint mixing.Strong communication skills.Attention to detail, particularly in checking paint thickness.SAP or ERP systems experience is a plus.Shifts1st Shift: 7am to 3pm, Monday – Friday.Opportunity for overtime and weekend work.Ready to take the next step in your career?
