Advanced Practice Provider -PasadenaWe're hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our Pasadena clinic. What You'll DoClinical Care:Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient setting.
Quality & Advocacy:Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
Collaboration:Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Clinical Innovation:Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
Data & Tech:Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
What You'll BringRequirements:Credentials:NP or PA;National Board Certification(e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); ActiveCA Licenseand DEA.
Clinical Expertise:3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus onWomen's Health(routine gyn, contraception, STIs),Mental Health , and inclusive, patient-centered care.
Operational Mindset:Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
Training & Development:Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
Specialized Women's Health:Menopause management and sexual health.
Expanded Primary Care:Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.
Work LocationThis role is based in our Pasadena clinic.
Clinic Hours (PST)8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 1 day/week
Compensation & BenefitsTia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000, depending on level and experience.
