Manager, Software Engineering - Ad Serving

Overview In this Hands-On Engineering Manager role, you lead a backend team building low-latency, high-throughput ad tech systems. You guide architecture and delivery for the bidding server, collaborating with partner teams and product management. You balance hands-on contributions with leadership, driving performance, reliability, and scalability.
