You will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and Coupa’s AI-native Business Spend Management (BSM) platform, fundamentally changing how companies optimize their financial health.Here is how you will make a tangible impact:Drive Value-Based Transformations: You will lead the discovery process to uncover deep operational inefficiencies across finance, procurement, and IT. By designing and delivering tailored, value-driven platform demonstrations and executive presentations, you will show Enterprise prospects how Coupa can exceed their business goals and unlock measurable value. Act as a Strategic Deal Partner: Partnering closely with the Enterprise Sales team, you will co-captain the sales cycle. You will own the technical and functional strategy Influence the Future of BSM: As a subject matter expert on the front lines, your insights will matter. You will serve as a vital feedback loop, collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, and Leadership teams to scale knowledge and directly influence Coupa’s product roadmap and market positioning. What You’ll DoProvide technical, functional, and business process consulting expertise throughout the sales cycleDemonstrate how Coupa can meet and exceed the business needs of prospective customers, with a clear focus on delivering measurable valueMaintain a strong functional understanding of Coupa’s products, with the ability to discuss and demonstrate platform architecture and integrationsConduct platform demonstrations, executive presentations, business process discovery sessions, RFP support, IT workshops, training sessions, and marketing presentationsServe as a subject matter expert, providing valuable sales and product insights to Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Leadership teamsManage assigned accounts, with approximately 25-50% travel requiredContribute to Coupa’s growth as a leader in the Business Spend Management (BSM) marketCollaborate with team members to share knowledge and scale best practices across the broader organizationWhat You Will Bring To CoupaDemonstrates hunger, grit, passion, and a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic, and innovative environmentProven track record of exceeding goals and expectationsStrong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments5+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles, including Presales, Implementation, SolutionConsulting, or other customer-facing software positionsExperience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), eProcurement, and Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solutions is preferredExperience with Intake Management, Expense Management, and AI-native solutions is a plusBackground as a practitioner in Financial Accounting, Procurement, Finance, or Information Technology is a plusPrevious solution consulting experience with platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus, Concur, Medius, Basware, Zip, Ramp, Brex, NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle, or SAP is a strong indicator of successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience configuring software solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations and executive-level presentationsBachelor’s degree requiredThe estimated pay range for this role is $163,000 - $184,333 + eligibility for commissionThe starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
