This role is critical in supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or litigation.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong client communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients navigating complex legal matters.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in personal injury cases from intake through resolutionDraft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondenceManage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to dateCoordinate and maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court filingsCommunicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counselAssist in gathering medical records, bills, and evidence to support claimsPrepare case summaries, demand packages, and settlement documentationMonitor case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding itemsProvide exceptional client service, ensuring timely updates and clear communicationQualificationsMandatory: Proven experience as a Paralegal handling Personal Injury cases in Florida or New YorkStrong understanding of Florida or New York legal procedures, timelines, and court systemsExperience with pre-litigation and/or litigation processesProficiency in legal document drafting and case management systemsExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (required)Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
