Primary care 1 hour to Fresno, CA Employed Primary care position - Federally qualified health center settingNO call duties 100% outpatient openings for Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Family Medicine (must be BE/BC). Possibility to do some inpatient rounds at the local hospital. Group has 8 MD's and 15 Mid-levels. Desire to eventually supervise mid-levels is a plus but is not a deal breaker if you don't wish to do this. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm (no weekends)Competitive salary is negotiable. Starting around $250,000 but is negotiable. Full benefits including a 401K with 4% match, medical, dental, LTD, STD, vision, malpractice, etc. Volumes: Will see 20-25 patients per day. There is a production bonus for any patients you see over 20 in a day. Loan repayment through the NHSC is available. HPSA score of 18 No teaching or academic connections with this practice. Location Details: 2.5 hours to LA, 3.5 hours to San Francisco and 1 hour to Bakersfield and Fresno. Very LOW cost of living in this area. Area population of 300,000 people with a local city population of 40,000+. Great area for outdoors enthusiasts with a local lake and Sierra Nevada Mountains only 1 hour away. 90 minutes from Yosemite National Park.
