In this vital role you will contribute to the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of scalable software, data, and automation solutions that meet R&D Commercialization business needs and advance Amgens mission to serve patients.Working closely with product managers, analysts, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, the Senior Associate Software Engineer translates business and technical requirements into secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions. The role contributes throughout the software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and production support.The Senior Associate Software Engineer independently delivers moderately complex technical work and owns assigned applications, solutions, or workstreams from design through production support. The engineer contributes to software-engineering standards, code quality, DevOps automation, system observability, operational reliability, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
