We foster a collaborative environment where employees take ownership of projects and contribute to continuous improvement across all phases of delivery.Your Role:As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of controls projects from planning through execution and closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, resources, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.What You'll Do:Lead controls projects from kickoff through closeoutManage schedules, milestones, and overall project executionCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clientsInterpret plans, specifications, and contract requirementsMonitor progress, identify risks, and drive solutionsProvide technical support for design, installation, and commissioningDeliver project updates, reports, and documentationOversee budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitabilityManage change orders and scope adjustmentsEnsure quality standards and successful project deliveryMaintain strong client relationships and resolve issuesSupport project closeout, training, and final documentationPromote and enforce jobsite safety standardsWhat You'll Bring:Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls, or related building systems1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, field technician, or controls support role within a commercial or industrial environmentWorking knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems and how they integrate with controlsComfort reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, or submittalsUnderstanding of project schedules, budgets, and contract documentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesClear communicator who can work effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and clientsA problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of your workBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus — but the right experience will always speak louderWhy Join?This is an opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects within a growing and stable organization.
