Join our team and help us shape the future of mobility!As a Commercial Program Manager, you will direct interdepartmental and external team members to ensure all functional departments are on track with project requirements, budget constraints, deadlines, schedules, and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with project team members to identify risk and opportunities and resolve issuesSubmit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to contract requirements and quality standardsPrepare project status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant informationDevelop strategies to monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, and risks and deliverables that support business goalsEstablish and ensure the execution of effective project communication plans.Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budgetOversee the development and delivery of monthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and preparation of presentations to management and internal / external customersCoordinate the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clientsIdentify and developing new opportunities with customersObtain customer acceptance of project deliverablesManage customer satisfaction within project transition periodConduct post project evaluation lessons learnedQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field is requiredMaster's degree in business or related field a plus7+ years progressive experience with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologiesRail, aerospace or heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred5+ years of experience leading groups in a matrixed organizationBudget management experience requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteSolid organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking, excellent communication and persuasion skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification a plusWhat We Offer Stadler US Employee Benefits Package Includes:Competitive Pay (plus Profit Sharing potential)Low-cost, comprehensive Medical / Dental / Vision / Rx plans401(k) with employer match after 90 daysGenerous Paid Time Off / 10 Paid Holidays / Extended Paid Holiday (Dec. 25 - Jan 1)Paid training / Career developmentTuition and training reimbursementPaid maternity and parental leaveCompany-paid life and disability insuranceReferral bonus program
