Procurement Analyst

COMSIS Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst with computer science or IT Background to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement and operations management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a fully remote position open to candidates without geographic limitations.Responsibilities:Handle the complete procurement lifecycle from sourcing to purchasingNegotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors and supplierRequest and collect quotations from vendors via phone and emailPlace purchase orders and track deliveriesPrepare and manage invoices, documentation, and compliance paperworkResolve issues with vendors, logistics, or product availabilityEnsure timely procurement based on project deadlinesPerform multitasking and versatile duties to support operations as neededCommunicate directly with the management team regarding procurement statusMaintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communicationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain ,IT or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or operationsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent negotiation and vendor management capabilitiesHighly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasksSelf-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote settingReliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection is a must.
