The position offers valuable exposure to the core disciplines of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, providing a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the organization.The Sales Department Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining critical data systems, and delivering a high standard of hospitality to prospective homebuyers. This role works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and serves as an important point of contact for guests visiting our communities.The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential to success in this role.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a professional and welcoming experience for all guests visiting model homes and contacting the Sales DepartmentSchedule and coordinate buyer appointments; assist with maintaining Sales team calendarsPresent and communicate information about Granville Homes communities, features, and offeringsSupport Sales Agents with contract documentation, file organization, and transaction supportMaintain accurate records within CRM systems, including traffic logs, prospect databases, and lead trackingCompile and report on sales and marketing metrics such as traffic, lead activity, and conversion performanceAssist with inventory management and ordering of supplies for model homes and sales officesSupport marketing initiatives at the community level, including customer feedback collection, competitive research, and social media monitoringAssist with the coordination and execution of community events, grand openings, and Realtor functionsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High school diploma or equivalentStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and presentationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude with a willingness to support team objectives and company goalsFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environmentPreferred:Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Business or related fieldCalifornia Real Estate License or actively pursuing licensureWHY GRANVILLE HOMESAt Granville Homes, we are committed to building not only exceptional homes, but also meaningful careers.
