Just blowouts.We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates ("Bartenders") to provide excellent customer service to our clients once we open Friday, June 12!*Ideally available for training the two weeks before open.Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $18-$20/hr depending on performance (flat hourly rate starts at $16.90/hr)Free monthly servicesMembership and retail sales incentivesFlexible hoursDiscounts on all retail productsClear career path to grow as a professionalOngoing paid trainingSales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party!Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive mannerServe as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timelinessOptimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to teamMaintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylists tips/commissionsMaintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operationsAssist with the cleanliness of the shop; be proactive in ensuring the utmost careAssist stylists with their needs to improve efficiencySales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems (Booker or Mindbody) strongly preferredPrevious salon/spa experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work at a sustained, fast paceExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsTrack record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!Ability to multitask with easeFrequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shiftsHas the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale systemProblem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front deskMaintains professional demeanor under pressure
