Emergency Department Registration - Day Shift OverviewOnsite at Bloomington Hospital. Day shift for Mon, Tues, and Wed from 7a-7p, 36hrs a week.Come join our team! Bloomington is looking for a dynamic individual to join our System Patient Access Registration team. This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and is critical in ensuring a positive experience from the moment people walk through the door. To be successful in this position, you must be detail-oriented, patient focused, dependable and consistent in your attendance and timeliness. Required 2-week Cerner training 8a-4:30p. Registration experience is preferred but not required for the role.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional mannerEnsure timely and accurate patient registrationMaintain patient records and confidentialityProvide information and answer patient inquiriesCollaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operationsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
