Private Family Office Manager

Job Title: Part-Time Office Manager (Private Family Office) Location:North Georgia Schedule:2–3 days per week (flexible)Overview We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a private family office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment and can manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for family office activities Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups Handle correspondence, including email management, phone calls, and mail Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners Assist with expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping coordination Support travel planning and logistics as needed Help manage household-related administrative tasks (as applicable) Maintain office supplies and handle purchasing/ordering Assist with special projects and ad hoc requestsQualifications Prior experience in an administrative, office management, or executive assistant role Strong organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or similar tools Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a flexible environment Self-starter with strong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications Experience working in a private family office, small business, or supporting high-net-worth individuals Basic bookkeeping or financial coordination experience Familiarity with property or household management tasksCompensation Competitive hourly rate or part-time salary, commensurate with experienceAdditional Details Flexible schedule within 2–3 days per week Potential for role expansion based on needs and performance
