Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in New York, NY. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, organizing files, handling correspondence, and providing support to executives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, managing phone communication, and performing various clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations.
