Business Analyst - Non-IT 3WAG108JP00001553Description:Summary: The main function of an Business Analyst is to formulate and apply mathematical modeling and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formation, or other managerial functions. A typical Business Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data and developing decision support software. Job Responsibilities: * Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives and their numerical parameters. * Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. * Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary. * Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred * 5-7 years experience required * Experience in operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, or data modeling * Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills * Basic ability to work independently and manage one s timeThis is a Business Analyst Manager roleJob Responsibilities:• Assist the Senior Manager in managing PCI Program• Remediation and risk mitigation planning, execution and oversight.• Creation of dashboards for Technology Compliance programs.• Maintenance of the scope of IT assets, controls, control owners, risks, etc. that make up the compliance programs.• Consult on PCI requirement clarifications needed by stakeholders• Assist in the annual PCI assessment by working with stakeholders by reviewing evidences and uploading for QSA reviewEducation & ExperienceF2 - BA/BS + at least 4 years OR High School/GED + at least 7 yearsType of Experience:IT, IT Audit, IT Compliance, and/or Information Security.Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).• Audit or Compliance experience in the Retail, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or distribution industry• Direct experience in PCI DSSOther need to knows:The manager will do 2 interviewsTraining will be 3 days on site and if converted they must agree to 4 days onsiteOn-site = Deerfield location
