Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and families. Maintain documentation per hospital and professional standards.
