Our newly established Meat Harvesting and Processing Facility in Seffner, FL is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee administrative, office, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting and customer service background and should have prior experience in agriculture, farming, and/or the meat processing industry.This role serves as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, guests, and visitors, ensuring professional and efficient communication across the organization. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day office management, handle accounts payable and receivable, and support compliance with HAACP, USDA, and food safety standards.ExperienceOffice Management or similar: 2 yearsBookkeeping: 3 years +Meat/Food Industry: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service and Relations: 2 years +Quickbooks 2+ yearsQualifications & SkillsRequired: Accounting background with experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.Proficiency in: QuickBooks, Excel, and general office software. (2+ years)Experience: At least 3 years in office administration or management.Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Customer and business communicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the meat processing, agriculture, or food production industry.Knowledge of inventory tracking, supply chain coordination, or production support.Familiarity with HAACP, USDA, and food safety compliance a plus.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative & Office OperationsDaily office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, compliance records, and operational reports.Coordinate with management, vendors, and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.Prepare reports, purchase orders, and documentation for internal and external review.Accounting & Financial ManagementManage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and monthly financial reporting.Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for bookkeeping and reporting tasks.Customer Interaction & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners.Respond to inquiries, process orders, and manage customer accounts professionally.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.Compliance & Safety ManagementSupport HAACP and USDA compliance initiatives, maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections.Ensure all administrative and documentation procedures align with food safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with the Upper Management to uphold company safety and USDA protocols.Work EnvironmentOffice setting located within a meat harvesting and packaging facility.Occasional interaction with production areas; adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols required.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $24.00 – $27.00 (based on experience)Benefits Include:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off and HolidaysRetirement Plan w/ MatchingAbility to CommuteMust reliably commute to Seffner, FL 33584Work Hours: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceApplication Question(s):Do you have work or personal experience in the Agriculture, Farming, or Meat or Food Processing industry?Experience:Office Administration or similar: 3 years (Preferred)QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Seffner, FL 33584 (Required)Work Location: In person Company DescriptionLone Pine Abattoir is an innovative meat harvesting and processing facility located in Seffner, Florida.
