Job TitleTech Lead of software development scrum teamsLead the technical discussions with and resolve issues, guide teams with architecture and frameworkDevelopment and testing on Tech stack of Angular8 or above, Typescript, Java, Spring boot microservices, GraphQL, Elastic Search, Kafka, PostgreSQLWork in Agile Scrum teams and take directions from Product owner and Scrum master, provide status and mitigate risks and issuesAble to code and do Code Reviews on Daily Basis for Angular10 & Java microservicesActive adherence to engineering best practices including unit testing, CI/CD, automated testing, KubernetesExperience delivering applications using componentized and distributed architectureBuild reusable components, frameworks and libraries which can be leveraged across departmentEnsure solution and delivery teams follows best practices and improve application performanceQualifications:Engineering Graduate or Masters in IT/Computers/Software (B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA in computer science or relevant field)3+ years of experience of leading technical teams and responsible for delivery6+ years of experience with Java and front-end technologies full stack development3+ years of experience in Spring frameworks: spring core, spring cloud, spring boot3+ years of hands on experience on Angular 8 and above3+ years experience with Oracle or MySQL or PostgreSQLExperience delivering technology products in a high growth environmentFluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS.Strong web development skills including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and AngularHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyProven track record of taking ownership and driving resultsGood communication skills.
