Transaction Manager - MSRs

The role is responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s engagement with key stakeholders to include buyers, sellers, servicers, legal and other internal/ external teams required to effectively facilitate transactions. The Transaction Manager for MSRs ensures compliance and manages deal timelines across bulk, flow and subservicing transfers.This role requires demonstrated experience with MSR transaction management and closing experience along with deep knowledge and experience working with MSR valuation platforms. Strong project management, financial and technical skills, to include advanced Excel, Power BI/ Tableau are needed. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to adeptly manage stakeholders and their requirements.
