Payroll Analyst We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to support high-volume, multi-state payroll operations for a growing organization in the renewable energy space. This role is heavily focused on prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll reporting.This is a strong fit for someone who has hands-on experience with certified payroll and wants to deepen their expertise in a complex, high-impact environment.Payroll Analyst - Why This Opportunity Stands Out• Salary up to $87K • Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office • Leader in renewable energy services supporting projects across North America • Opportunity to work with complex, compliance-driven payroll including certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements • Highly visible role partnering with payroll, accounting, and operations • Strong internal culture with a focus on teamwork, stability, and long-term growth • Clear path to deepen expertise in payroll compliance and regulatory reportingPayroll Analyst - Key Responsibilities• Process weekly, multi-state payroll for approximately 2,000 employees using Paylocity • Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements (including Davis-Bacon and related regulations) • Review time and labor data to ensure accurate wage classifications, overtime calculations, and fringe benefit allocations • Edit, validate, and resubmit certified payroll filings as needed to resolve discrepancies or rejections • Partner with Time & Labor and Operations teams to address missing punches, job coding issues, and payroll discrepancies • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and support reporting for accounting and audit purposes • Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation for compliance and regulatory requirements • Support payroll tax reporting, audits, and year-end processesPayroll Analyst - Qualifications• 5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment • Direct experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance (including Davis-Bacon and related regulations) • Strong understanding of multi-state payroll laws, wage classifications, and compliance requirements • Experience in construction, field services, or project-based environments preferred • Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred • High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyLI-LJ1INMAR2026EB-2748786552
