Product Engineer

Payrate: $35.00- $36.50/hr. Responsibilities:Provide design support and troubleshooting for the Windrower Platform production lineProduce and/or evaluate possible design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications. This may include possible involvement of other functional engineers, supply management and/or supplier personnel.Determines engineering specifications which must be fulfilled for routine problems or projects.Analyze test plan for product verification and validation of design changes Skills:Ability to work flexible hours to support production line (occasional overtime)Experience using Creo or similar softwareExperience problem solvingProficient communication while working with a teamExperience with product verification and validation processesStrong experience in Excel and PowerPointExperience with SAPExperience with assembly line process and documentationExperience with weld process and documentation EducationBachelor’s degree in mechanical or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent) Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00- $36.50/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
