You are responsible for devising critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firmâs business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops reusable Terraform templates and modules that abstract AWS complexity, allowing teams to provision infrastructure across all AWS components without requiring deep service-specific expertiseDesigns and implements infrastructure-as-code solutions that ensure consistency, security, and compliance across multiple AWS accounts and environmentsTroubleshoots complex infrastructure deployment issues and optimize existing Terraform configurations for performance and reliabilityExecutes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problemsImplements scalable cloud native software solutions using modern technology stacks to deliver highly available, performant, and resilient productsCreates automation workflows that validate and deploy Terraform templates through CI/CD pipelinesCollaborates with application teams to understand their infrastructure needs and translate them into standardized Terraform modulesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience in system design, infrastructure as code tooling (Terraform and such), testing, and operational stabilityExperience with AWS / Cloud Provider services Experience working in a Cloud Native environmentExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software design principles and patterns as wells as experience implementing solutions using various software architectures such as modular monoliths and micro-servicesExcellent problem solving, analytical and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Golang, Terraform and AWSABOUT USChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of Americaâs households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
