Program Manager

What you’ll do Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Facilitate effective communication across teams, stakeholders, and vendors to promote transparency and collaboration. Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency, adapting processes as needed for optimal results. Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and deliverables. Utilize tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation management. Oversee program design and development while applying Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify issues early on, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Basic qualifications Proven experience in program management or project management roles with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle. Preferred qualifications Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable. Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines and various project management methodologies including Waterfall and Kanban. Experience with data analysis skills for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successful team management and conflict resolution.
