The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing care coordination, and assisting with patient needs. Daily responsibilities include communicating with patients via phone, ensuring the accuracy of medical information, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the delivery of care.QualificationsProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing associated administrative tasksStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective communication with patientsExperience in Care Coordination to support seamless patient careKnowledge of Medical Terminology and healthcare operationsExcellent Patient Care abilities and a commitment to compassionate serviceExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsPrior experience in a healthcare setting is a plusBachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field is preferred
