Assembler-Draw Tower Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draw Tower Operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering superior products to our clients. Must have Draw Tower experience and experience assembling small and delicate glass fibers.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor the draw tower. Maintain precise control over the drawing process, ensuring consistent fiber quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the draw tower equipment. Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal production conditions. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Document production data and maintain accurate records. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Draw Tower Operator. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
