What You'll Do as a Facility & Grounds Maintenance Technician: Perform general building and grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, snow removal, and seasonal upkeepComplete maintenance work orders such as patching, painting, minor construction, and general repairsPerform preventative maintenance on equipment, including HVAC systems, utility equipment, and facility systemsConduct routine inspections and testing, including fire extinguisher audits and fire pump testingTroubleshoot and repair equipment using available documentation and maintenance proceduresPerform general plumbing repairs (sinks, drains, toilets) and building system maintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop, equipment, and facility (including 5S activities)Support safety initiatives, identify unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with company and quality standardsWhat You Need to Bring: High school diploma or GED3–5 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in a food-grade or manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude with experience in facility, equipment, and preventative maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical documents, procedures, and safety regulationsBasic math skills including calculations, percentages, and measurementsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with business or manufacturing software systemsAbility to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and manual labor with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishReady to Apply?Click "Apply Now" to complete our quick, mobile-friendly application.
