Facility and Grounds Maintenance Now Hiring Facility and Grounds Maintenance Long Prairie, MN Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Monday Friday Keep the Grounds Looking Good We're hiring a Facility and Grounds Maintenance in Long Prairie, and this is your chance to work outside, use your hands, and keep the property clean, green, and looking sharp. What's Required to Get Started High school diploma or GED required 35 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food-grade facility preferred Experience with high-speed packaging equipment and dry goods manufacturing is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read technical documents, procedures, and work instructions Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, multiplication, and division Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience using business and manufacturing software preferred Day-to-Day Perform facility maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, painting, basic construction, and general repairs Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, utility equipment, and manufacturing machinery Perform plumbing repairs including sinks, drains, and toilets Conduct fire extinguisher audits and fire pump testing Assist with equipment maintenance, oil changes, belt replacements, and troubleshooting Support equipment cleaning, pressure washing, and maintenance shop organization Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas following 5S standards Troubleshoot and repair equipment using technical documentation and work orders Communicate effectively with maintenance team members during shift transitions Support workplace safety, quality standards, and protection of company assets What You Get Good Weekly paycheck Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability Optional 401(k) plan Discounts for you and your family What Your Day Looks Like In this Facility and Grounds Maintenance position, you'll keep gardens and green spaces in great shape by pruning, edging, mowing, and watering.
