This role is ideal for a motivated recruiting professional with experience sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment.The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and comfortable managing high-volume recruiting efforts while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy connecting skilled professionals with career opportunities, we want to hear from you.Requirements:Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or office administration experience requiredExperience in staffing or construction recruiting is a strong plusBi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not requiredProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) requiredAbility to work independently while leading and supporting a teamMust have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportationResponsibilities:Source, recruit, and screen candidates for skilled trades and construction positionsReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone interviews and candidate evaluationsMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screensBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needsAssist with recruiting strategies and workforce planningEnsure all hiring practices comply with company policies and proceduresComplete additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assignedWhat We Offer:• Weekly Pay• Competitive Base Salary + Commission Structure• Medical Insurance• Vision Insurance• Dental Insurance• Life Insurance• Short-Term Disability InsuranceAll SLS employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
