Boiler Technician

The Role: Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong boiler expertise to join our team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions Follow all safety standards and company procedures Participate in ongoing professional training and development What We're Looking For 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance) Valid driver's license Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset EPA certification (NATE certification a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team The pay for this position is $23/hour or more ($100k-$175k earning potential) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
