Plumber

Job Description Job Summary:We are currently looking for a Residential Plumber to add to our team of professional plumbers. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, and includes rotating on-calls. This position has a base pay and is eligible for commissions on any upsells.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose water heaters, boilers, water lines, drains, and gas linesConsult with client, and provide good, better, best solutions.Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients about repairs or replacement.Ensure installations meet code and company quality standardsMaintain jobsite safety, organization, and team productivityUse various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, monometers, etc.)Document details on all calls including estimates and recommendationsComplete all tasks per company quality and safety standardsQualifications & Requirements:2+ years of residential plumbing installation experiencePrevious experience as residential plumberExperience with re-pipes, drain/sewer systems, water heaters, and residential plumbing installationsKnowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferredProficient with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, and cast iron pipingKnowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codesJourneyman license is a plusValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to work cohesively with team members, apprentices, and managementStrong communication and professionalism with customers and team membersBenefits:Competitive pay and great work environmentHealth Coverage: Comprehensive benefits - Medical, Dental, Life, Vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with partial company matchCompany-provided iPhone and iPadPaid vacation and holidaysFully equipped company truck with parts, equipment, and gas card (For Qualified Positions)Training & Development: Continuous education and advancement opportunitiesCompany Culture: Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environmentWork Environment:Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces.
