Assembly TechnicianSchedule Options: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM OR 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMCompensation:$17.50-$18.00/hr for entry-level (recent high school grads)Up to $20.00-$21.00/hr for candidates with relevant experienceAbout the Role:We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Glass Technicians. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a climate-controlled facility, ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team environment.Responsibilities:Assist in the fabrication, handling, and finishing of custom glass productsRead and interpret basic measurements and instructionsLift and maneuver large sheets of glass (up to 50-60 lbs)Maintain a clean and safe working environmentCollaborate with team members and follow direction from bilingual supervisorsPerform other manufacturing tasks as neededRequirements:Ability to lift 50-60 lbs regularlyStrong attention to detail and basic measuring skillsWillingness to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with hand tools and machinery (training provided)High school diploma or equivalent preferredSpanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not requiredHiring Process:Phone screen and measuring skills quizBackground check and drug testResume review and onboardingEligible candidates can start the next day after clearanceAscendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
