The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality, comprehensive HR program that supports the institution's mission, values, and strategic plan. This high-profile, hands-on leadership role demands an experienced, agile healthcare HR leader with a proven track record in championing excellence in patient care, education, and research. The VPHR will have oversight of all HR functional areas, including change management, performance management, talent management, and engagement strategies, and will be expected to drive HR service delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate for the VPHR position at the company will have a minimum of nine years of progressive HR leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred. Expertise in all HR functional areas and a strong background in employee relations, counseling, coaching, and legal HR issues are essential. The role is pivotal in the day-to-day partnership with the leadership team, particularly in the context of the company's significant growth and expansion. The VPHR will be a credible leader, an engaged partner, and will play a key role in building the team at the soon-to-open hospital.
