Effectively communicates quality concerns and production issues to maintain alignment across teams and support continuous improvement.Ways you will make a differenceAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Perform quality checks, conduct testing, and carry out tasks in a safe manner while following Ferrara safety methodsCritical Control Point Checks, daily weight checks of packaging materialsATP/Allergen Swab testing, environmental swabbingParticipate in GMP auditsConduct inspections as needed, review packaging paperwork, conduct daily checks, perform plant walk-throughsReview out-of-specification products when necessaryMaintain inventory of supplies, and additional duties as assignedSkills that will make you successfulPromotes efficiency and safety by maintaining a clean and well-organized work environmentStrong computer skills and comfortable with technologyPromotes teamwork, possess a good attitude, and exhibits flexibility and willingness to perform tasks as neededEnsures compliance with FSSC, Organic, GFCO, and other relevant standardsAbility to read, write and speak EnglishExperiences that will support your success1 year of quality experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferredHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent experienceWhat We OfferAt Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees by providing comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
