Quality Technician 2nd Shift

Core hours: 4:00pm-4:30am Want to make an impact?The Quality Technician, reporting to the Quality Supervisor is a results-driven professional with a proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced production environments. Committed to ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance by strictly following established guidelines and regulations. Effectively communicates quality concerns and production issues to maintain alignment across teams and support continuous improvement.Ways you will make a differenceAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Perform quality checks, conduct testing, and carry out tasks in a safe manner while following Ferrara safety methods. Critical Control Point Checks, daily weight checks of packaging materials ATP/Allergen Swab testing, environmental swabbingParticipate in GMP auditsConduct inspections as needed, review packaging paperwork, conduct daily checks, perform plant walk-throughsReview out-of-specification products when necessaryMaintain inventory of supplies, and additional duties as assigned.
