DescriptionWe are a newly established beauty studio seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Artist to join our growing team. The right candidate will not only have strong technical skills, but also the patience, professionalism, and willingness to grow alongside a new studio.The ideal candidate understands that building a clientele takes time and consistency, and is committed to showing up, taking same-day appointments when needed, and promoting themselves in partnership with Brow and Beauty Ink.Additional skills such as brow lamination, lash lifts, brow tinting, and staining are a requirement. Mapping ability is a strong plus!Key Responsibilities:Apply full lash sets with precision, artistry, and attention to eye health and sanitation - Classic sets: 90 minutes, Hybrid sets: 90 minutes, Volume & Mega Volume sets: 90 minutesDeliver exceptional customer service and client careMaintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environmentRecommend products and aftercare to support retention and resultsCollaborate with team members in a positive, supportive mannerActively promote your services on social platforms and in-studio to help grow clienteleRequirements:Valid Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology license1-2 years of hands-on lash extension experience (Classic & Volume required)Established client base preferred, but not requiredAbility to complete a full set within 1.5–2 hoursOpen to taking same-day appointmentsUnderstanding that first-time clients may book at a discounted rate to support business growthSelf-motivated, reliable, and committed to showing up consistentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation:Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential through service performance, client retention, and repeat bookings. Promotional clients may begin at introductory pricing and transition to standard studio pricing as they convert into retained clientele.
