About the Team The federal contracting team operates day-to-day as a small team that liaisons with our client in the financial industry. We rely on excellent communication and teamwork, as we partner cross functionally with other divisions across the agency. We consider ourselves experts in IT support and application development and strive to provide excellent rated services to the federal government. The team consists of a mix of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Web Developers, and other technical resources. We are a growing company, and we look for employees who can think outside of the box to find novel solutions and grow with us. This position is with a federal agency in the financial industry, working on a program to provide technology and application support services. Roles and Responsibilities: The Project Manager provides support for operations, development and implementation of new and existing project work. The Senior Project Manager will work on projects for a wide range of audiences internal or external; have the ability to work independently and in a team environment; develop supporting documentation and briefing materials. The Senior Project Manager will present materials to the managers and staff as needed. Experience developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Oversee the development and delivery of all program deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards. Conduct project status and review meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Minimum qualifications include: · Federal and IT consulting experience required · Ten (10) or more years of experience working in project management including leading project teams through all phases of the Agile based project management life cycle. · Five (5) or more years of progressive technical and/or managerial experience in application development, implementing IT solutions, recommending technical IT solutions and/or IT security. · Five (5) or more years of experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics. · One (1) or more current certification(s) demonstrating knowledge and expertise in project management fundamentals such as PMP, CAPM, CSSBB, CSSGB, CSM, CISM. · Experience managing project that use - Copilot, AI, ML, NLP, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas), SharePoint, Salesforce, python, javascript, Typescript, GitHub and custom IT projects. · Experience developing and presenting IT solutions and recommending technical solution to clients. . Experience with ServiceNow, 508 compliance, automated testing. . Experience managing IT security project at part of IT project delivery. · Experience developing presentations and presenting project status to executive management teams. · Experience leading project teams of five (10) or more people working on IT projects. · Advanced project management skills including developing project plans and successfully leading project teams from initiation through completion. · Advanced skills in Microsoft applications including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, and Outlook. · Ability to communicate proficiently both orally and in writing to executive level audiences. · Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting. · Experience with issue tracking 'If you are ready to lead innovative projects that make a difference, we invite you to explore this opportunity with NFinity LLC.
