As a Full Time or Part Time Human Resources Recruiting Intern at HR-1, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the recruitment of top-tier talent for Universal Logistics Holdings. Our services help companies control costs, reduce risk, save time, and improve overall performance—allowing our clients to focus on running their business.ResponsibilitiesAssist with sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach initiativesHelp build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsSupport resume screening and initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a positive candidate experiencePartner with recruiters and hiring managers to learn role requirements and business needsMaintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the applicant tracking systemAssist with recruiting reports and basic metrics analysisParticipate in campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events as neededInternship QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable interacting with candidates and professionals at all levelsHighly organized with strong time‐management and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating with a teamInterest in corporate recruiting or a career in Human Resources
