Job Description: Analyze readership and engagement data across internal channels Support communication tests and pilot experiments Create concise insight summaries and visuals Requirements: Pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA) Minimum academic standing of Sophomore Active enrollment in accredited university Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets experience Comfort in remote collaboration and zoom meeting environments Ability to attend in-person meetings Candidates must have a stable wired Internet connection with a minimum download of 50 Mbps (megabits per second) for best performance. Candidates must provide a personal computer, laptops preferable but not required, that has the most up-to-date Operating System and Drivers. Windows 11 or higher, Mac OS 14 (Sonoma) or higher. Hardware requirements are at least 4 CPUs, 8 Gb of RAM, 128 GB of storage with at least 2 GB of free space.
